Robert SmithCongratulations to Tampa Property Manager Robert Smith who has earned his BOMA’s Real Property Administrator (RPA®) Designation. Robert’s expertise encompasses all aspects of operating a commercial building and maximizing a building’s net income while minimizing risk.

As an RPA, Robert brings a full understanding of all aspects of property management to Taylor & Mathis and to our building owners supporting our overall goal of enhancing the value of our assets through proper and strategic decision making.

The designation program included the design, operation, and maintenance of commercial buildings. Robert is fully versed in budgeting and accounting for commercial real estate, risk management, and best practices in bidding. The program also covered reviewing and selecting contract providers, marketing and leasing, and the operations of the asset from an owner’s perspective through a comprehensive asset management component.
